Remuneration reports make up huge chunks of annual reports these days. It’s almost as if they make it deliberately opaque so that it is almost impossible to decipher. If you have watched Yes Minister, the modern remuneration report is a variation on putting the most important information you don’t want the Minister to see in the lowest box of a big pile of boxes. The above options were also for non-KMP, presumably those lower down the food chain. The KMP no doubt feast larger in option grants.
