If the stock had hovered below 10 cents for the last few years, everyone would be chilled and accept that they are progressively rolling out.
But instead, it went on a stupidly huge run, and every clown that thought they could play the momentum trade is now moaning that it's management's fault.
As an existing shareholder at the time, only an idiot wouldn't see the value in locking in institutional shareholders at such an elevated cost base, compared to a portion of remunerated benefits.
