Can't see why there would be a problem there. I think most would be happy to see another big boy in the mix to push things along; better still take over the operatorship
and maybe used some of their allocated resources. WDS seem to be an anchor.
I think Smith should have an announcement for this if that is indeed the hold up or happening in the background, with a projected completion date. May be he is still in Namibia.
