The options for the new role is an absolute disgrace. The role is 3 weeks old- CFO /Co Sec role is a non- pointy end role which is non-accountable for any KPIs. The “elected board” need to hang their heads in shame. This winds me up like you wouldn’t believe. $$ for zero attainment - $124k for jackshite.
