If you want to start quoting those numbers and referencing Bell Potter who have noting to do with the company, then why not make the options 48c. and you might as well tie them in further and make them Dec 2024. But i get it, they are internal and have a direct ability to influence the performance of the company so require more value/reward than retail SH. But 8c is a piss take. Or show the market that for them to be exercised, they must be earned, show us the conditions on performance. And make them a price that passes the pub test.
