The two foxes are delaying the Co-Opp process on purpose to align onboarding with the role out of the Visa cards.
Neal Cross has programmed a huge blinking button in the bizmoto GUI so that 99% of all new users will push it and automatically request a Visa card.
This will make the Pinoy card obsolete and prevent people from looking further not seeking financial services else where.
