PTM keep rewarding the same underperforming people...these 3 Directors don't deserve Long term incentive plan (LTIP) bonuses or free shares. They already earn plenty and have plenty of existing equity in the business...and they are the ones who have presided over the decline of the PTM business, the poor performance and the steady loss of FUM for many years...why are we giving them more rewards? If anyone deserves LTIP rewards, it is the younger, more junior portfolio managers who aren't as well paid and who don't have the equity in the business...these are the people who need to be locked in for the long run, not these 3 detailed in the Appendix Ys. How many times does PTM need to be bitten on the arse by the same mistake...Joseph left to start OX capital because he had a track record and no equity...Jacob left to start Antipodes for the same reason...they should be locking in Clay, Nik, Bianca and others such as some of the analysts and investment specialists...not these 3...is Andrew C even likely to leave? Highly unlikely. Why keep throwing money at these same people when they're not moving the dial and unlikely to leave this gravy train. Someone needs to stand up for long suffering PTM shareholders...this board is absolutely useless.
