I support the team being reward along the way, but rewarded the correct and fair way.

ASX is absolutely drowning with rip off practices, and unfortunately this is just another example of not baselining the performance incentives correctly. Just because some companies are even more disgusting with their practices doesn't make this reasonable, or validate it in any way.

And it looks like a lot of investors can't differentiate between a business's performance and the share price, sounds like you are all the perfect bait for pump and dump schemes, because all that matters is that someone is pumping the price up... Until they are not.

I threw out a sound financial calculation for how the option exercise price should be calculated. I haven't seen one response yet with a sound and justified alternative to what the exercise price should be.
