Not until 2023, but 43 million potential more shares to dilute Qantas shareholders further, a huge number of which will of course be sold into the market on conversion to shares, presuming conditions met:
"Each right entitles its holder to receive one QAN ordinary share at the end of the performance period, being August 2023, subject to the achievement of applicable performance and service conditions."
