As far as can see these options are going to staff not at board level. They may well have a contractual right to them. I assume they are people who are important to the company. Do the posters here really want to remove this benefit? Fully understand the anger, indeed it may be an idea to vote against Board options, but these may relate to staff doing an important job at lower levels.
