The options are a reward for our loyal shareholders. If we just wanted to raise funds we would have done a conventional capital raise to sophisticated investors at the usual steep discount as the amount being raised via the bonus option is modest.
Everybody is just being informed that we will accelerate the value-add preclinical program if people do exercise early and we have to funds to commit to new programs. I have publicly committed to exercising my options no matter the SP in June which is a de facto early conversion. I did this because I want to see these programs started sooner rather than latter. Between my commitment and the funds received from the people who have exercised already we have been able to start some of these programs. I think this is a win for everyone.
