I would say due to the political situation in SA it is not that simple… Ramaphosa, saying they are going to go with a party of national unity, that would include the EFF (something that the DA will not stand for) so it’s unlikely they will take part in it which will be very bad for SA economy… more delays in terms of Phase 2 IMO
