The ANC will probably lose their outright majority, and be forced into a coalition. Several of the ANC corrupt politicians will lose their jobs and ANC-cadre government employees will lose their masters.
The new regime will possibly realize that their stranglehold over ESKOM and resulting blackouts has led to their political losses, leading them to liberalize the energy scene by allowing private generators and encouraging gas exploration and development - as so to lift the blackout albatross from their necks!
RLT had an early advantage with LNG, which they effectively squandered though incompetence and bad management. Soon there may be many new gas producers, and they will cut into RLT's LNG margins, hence making Phase 2 less viable and leaving helium the only alternative. And we all know how poor RLT is at producing helium!
