    So if i understand this correctly, they are vested, i thought they were a given the way i read that ann. Meaning he has not yet met the criteria to obtain them. They are somewhat like options, waiting for convertion.

    I have responded asking why only the 750k were vested, why not the lot, if they are to be vested.
