Have emailed a query. Pretty sure I won't get told who they are for but will post on here if I get told.
Maybe the guy that thought it was a good idea to drill for oxides into a sulfur cap which ought have been evident from historical data in a nearby hole? Maybe the guy that could not steer the drill resulting in them actually making an unintended discovery when the rig drifted off target on the last ditch hole? Maybe the guy wanting to redrill some old CJV fe mag? Hard to know. so many worthy recipients in the last year.
Of course, having to answer a question might call for another rights issue to compensate.
