SBM handing out 5 million incentive options to the incompetent people that got this company into the mess it’s in. %#<k the shareholders that have been in this company trying to keep the faith for the last several years. The chairman Tim Netscher and the board are just brazen in their sense of self entitlement. They need to go. When will we get some large shareholders that will do something about the board?
