well if you tested it in June on any day it didn't have a 30 day Vwap of 10cents

It had one last year when the said holders of all of these fabo rights put out a series of awesome announcements which over time have faded to nada

Of course you test it in june, you dont just pump it for 30 days and get you rewards for something that happened for a short period....

suprised they are claiming a milestone achieved, cause if you test it in june with 30 DMA,,,,,its not a t 10 cent Vwap////

IF they would have said Class C, 1500000 free shares if the share achieves a 30 day vwap at any stage during the financial year..... then fine but they didn't

no holder will bother reporting the deets to ASIC, so
