I agree, this board seem to be running the company for themselves and not shareholders. The only way out here is a takeover but at little premium. The website is a farce for anyone wanting to learn about the performance of the company etc, it's all out of date. Nil response from shareholders via other outlets also. No wonder institutional shareholders appear to show little interest. The management have to go here. At the very least they should only be paid in shares until they decide to run the company properly and run it for all shareholders and not just themselves.
TONKIN out for a start, he seems the biggest leach of many. He should donate his bonus to a worthy cause.
This company is being sucked dry by management, shareholders need to revolt now.
