You would hope these are performance based share incentives for employees for hitting KPIs. Personally I voted against the majority of employee share based incentives for the upcoming AGM. They have had enough freebies handed out over the past 3 years that have the potential to dilute long term holders. On the plus side with all options, they will need to fork out $2.2M to exercise these options.
