Reminds me of the famous Goat quote "equity is what makes you rich, P.A.Y.G is what makes you pay tax" If only he knew this only works well to motivate staff when the SP is rising. It's been on the decline for 4 years now.
Please resuscitate by performing as per the timelines, or at the very least + a quarter. CHARGE!, ZAP, CHARGE, ZAP! Rinse and repeat until a heartbeat is achieved. By resuscitating the node (Spenda), all of the little nodes (shareholders) will also come back to life once more. Then hey presto, positive sentiment will be restored.
