So Cap do their due dilgence with extensive trials, (takes a lot longer than expected), instigate the agreement, have full control over the terms, take up a position as top shareholder, invest 7.5 m, have full access to exactly how much on average Spenda will make via payment flows, have full access to the control group with swiftstatement, know about future plans, can offer incentives to get business' to sign up, and you think this is a hail mary,? you think the largest automotive cooperative in Australasia with over 30,000 members would throw a hail Mary? Why would they do that?
