Um, I think they are just taking what they can get, as there is no point beating a dead horse, If Spenda was gonna make it, it would have made it by now, so This is just a Hail Mary by Capricorn to salvage a terrible bet and mitigate their losses as it boils down to just sheer probability, which is the hope that Spenda will be above 2 cents in 12 months is higher than them making any revenue. Nothing to see here....
