    I think the takeover/merger with ABB is a bad move. Only 12-18 months ago one of their presentations mentioned that retail in this space was a low margin, low return business, which is why they got out of it, Now we are joining with such a company, and one which is not even making a profit. So our investment is to be watered down. I can't see the rational.

    I'm out.
