As reality continues to set in where Tivan is at it will get sold into until it reaches a much fairer value. Which IMO is still much lower than this.

You don't value (the potential of) underlying assets? And there's more than one project I believe. Not sure you've presented too many facts, and I think your reasoning seems to be either biased or questionable. However, your opinion is yours to have - respectfully though, I think it's wrong.
