"UCM is issuing 200,000 performance rights issued to Australian executive Nick Schicht. The rights will convert to UCMordinary shares at nil consideration if Mr Schicht continues to be employed by UCM at 1 July 2023.
Again these shares are not really performance shares but reward an important Key executive for their Loyalty, dedication, and hard work.
Nick has been with the company since its early days and has managed the production of almost every UCM product produced.
His performance is to get purchased Uscom devices - out the door - to the customers..
The company has financed much of its growth on the sale of Nicks products.
