Did you notice that it's a conversion of UNquoted securities (options) into UNT shares?? Who get's unquoted options? Just maybe it could be, yes!!! Stick to the shares before you might make a fool of yourself. To me, it is a great positive for shareholders to see someone doing that. It's nice cash directly into Unith's bank account.
