    it was probably someone that sold out at 2.4 or 2.5 not long ago and has done the right thing by now exercising his options to give the company more funds, unlike a lot of other holders who seem to think a better strategy is just to trade and make their .1c gains frequently and keep the price under the 2.3c that really doesn’t benefit any shareholder in the long run
