Recently, many of us saw the MoM episode where they went into the dramas of another mining company. It reminded me of a company I owned many years ago where shareholder called the BOD into a Extraordinary General Meeting. While the specific goals were reached, it did, in a monior way, change the direction of the companies hierarchy.
I wonder if we could get 5% to issue a 249D notice, after all, it is OUR company as well. 249D doesn't only have to be used for outing a Director.
