    The share price is the best performance indicator but these guys would not link their performance shares with the share price. I guess they knew that they would have received nothing if they did that (20c IPO to 2.7c). They kind of protected themselves from the forces of the market while shareholders take the full blow. They take credit for positives and ignore the negatives, so they can't lose.
