From reading 2018 AGM
The award criteria is tsr growth for 3 yearly tranches of performance rights annualised 15 -20% off a base value of .95cents what an absolute joke, it could drop to $1.50 and they would still qualify
Worse still they can carry forward the performance rights if the criteria are not met over 3 years
