the ama worst case is the boys will work for the new sign out the front and the new owners will be better managers, so all the good staff are safe with minimual disruption to life.
The losers will be the insurers who will have to pay to get vehicles fixed and a few investment company's that invested in something they had no clue about. (quote warren buffett, I would not invest in something I am clueless about)
