One of my other stocks (AGY) did a CR a few months back and AUS, NZ and Taiwanese shareholders were included in the entitlement. Our chairman is based in Taiwan so that makes sense. If ARU want funding and it is well researched that the US and Australia both want more rare earth development then why not allow US citizens the chance of investment? I’m sure there’s legal ways around US subsidiaries buying shares in Australia but it is a bit strange? Is it not?
