what ever happens the minority holders have zero say in anything that transpires
obviously you cant complain that the board is being fair and giving the tiny percentage of minority holders the opportunity to not be dissolved into oblivion
i would love to see an announcement that mentions FCF and see this operation become a viable operation
will this penny stock ever be attractive to anyone? or are we all just waiting for a takeover and hopefully not be in the red once its done and dusted?
