The thing is with “we need to consolidate big pharma middle pharma want us but not as a penny stock” - that is used countless times as reason by companies - in case of big pharma they don’t really care about share price to them its all about ownership percentage is all the matters.
The way i’d like to see a consolidation (if people see it as neccasary) is do it with the deal don’t change the registry on hope that the action will a bring a deal. Ie if you have a company “supposedly” saying “not without a consilidation” then why can’t you sign it as is with the condolidation a term of the deal ?
