    They could have declared a dividend but
    didn’t, then they sold a parcel after there results which they got a Aware Query from the watchdog.

    What was the need to sell?
    Seven Group going along nicely.
    Just puts doubt in their objective for BLD.
    If they needed cash why not sell some SGH.
