Providing this is only a heap leach operation.
However, Chris has mentioned the potential to have a floatation circuit for the higher upgraded ore due to the efficiency in the ore sorting. This would certainly involve a tailings facility.
*Unless tailings can be pumped into a heap leach pad for even further recovery which I'm almost certain doesn't happen anywhere, but would happily be proven wrong on that front, no doubt all the frother and collector chemicals used in floatation circuits may not be welcome in a heap leach*
