Let's see if they go 'outside the family' so to speak with the Chair. When you have many of the largest shareholders all quite closely related and therefore controlling the boardroom it would be a difficult exercise to bring someone in who is truly independent.
It's got to be someone with gravitas in the sector, who is genuinely unrelated and who is prepared to risk their own reputation (to a degree) based on their assessment of NVA's potential and their ability to see the project coming to fruition.
