Princey they tried a CR in Australia and no one was interested, management had to contribute because no one else did. It appears that the US is the same, except they are supposed to understand bulk tonnage mining and have been knocking down doors with offers of funding.
Maybe they have COVID-19 and couldn't participate in the IPO.
