Our options were useless. Not a 'benefit for loyal shareholders'. At like 200% premium, and dilution for all shareholders practically equal to any options converted. It's just a low cost raising option for management (sold as a benefit for shareholders) that never eventuated, since the SP fell.
But a 5 year, 5% premium warrant is certainly a valuable bonus for anybody participating in the US IPO. That's a big reason for the SP to be down. People happy to hold the warrant and sell the stock.
It could remain out of the money, but it's still a cheap bet for warrant holders. Nearly full upside, limited downside.
