I don’t think they’ve appointed anyone as Chairman just yet. They announced a global search back in March but to best of my knowledge no one has been appointed just yet. I’ve asked Nova and they’ve confirmed the search for Chairman is ongoing and will be announced in due course. From what I’m gathering there’s interest, but they’re taking time to get the right person given significance of the role.
