Look at it objectively mate, not just because you hold the stock or are in love with it.
There's a reason people wanna get out as soon as a positive announcement is released. You say great 12 months, the share price doesn't agree with you. With what they found this year, share price should have been much higher than what it was 12 months ago... Yet its down, what 30%?
The management is to blame for the above. People obviously don't trust them and want to get out whenever they get a chance.
