he can commence but won't be able to move very far because there is no measured & indicated resource hence the drawn out programme
to define RPM in 2 years for a meaningful PFS would require something like 8 rigs which we are not funded for and we can only drill 6 months in a year
We will be under some massive time pressure
i don't like this pivot in a crumbling SP environment.
