18 months ago, the story/plan was to fast track korbel to a cheap and easy open pit heap leach operation with decision to mine by late 2023. This cashflow would then be used to further develop Estelle into a world class operation.
many investors, including myself, invested in that plan and we much prefer it over what’s being told now. Perhaps the worst thing is that we have not really been given a good reason why plans have changed.
