I don't disagree with you on the potential benefits. However, I like many just want to know the terms.

You said lend 160k and get it back in a few years plus getting near 10% of the business. I don't believe that is the case. I feel we have acquired the 10% at a cost of 160k. If so, it becomes a strategic investment not a loan.

The fact we are debating it means we haven't been given enough information. I'm sure it's a positive, just put the info out there so muppets like us don't continue to squabble over the basics of the transaction.
