Smart raise structure ... 3c shares and 2c oppies.
The Company has received firm comments to issue 40,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares
(Placement Shares) at an issue price of $0.03 and 26,666,667 attaching TNRO options
exercisable at $0.02 expiring 7 February 2022
So for 3c down they get 1.66 shares at an average of 2.6c providing they exercise the (2:3) oppies.
Be interesting to see where the SP settles. Will watch a little longer before I commit.
