People don't see the synergies. In case exploration needs to be halted in Alaska due to lock down NVA could redirect more funds to TNR or vice versa. Both comps are involved in other JVs as well, a global player is emerging.
So, as a holder we want sp to be 5c plus but to top up we want it 0.1c, so topping up at 3.2 / 3.3c or 1.5/1.6c oppies is a good opportunity.
Don't forget, you can hardly buy at 3.3c if the lowest sell order is 5c.
