The NPV for ESD must be close to the entire market cap. The nickel suites and Empress Springs are in for next to nothing but it's all being killed by the glacial progress at ESD.
Another even lower priced offering to the magic circle in prospect. We know that dilution is coming so it's either get out or wait and the decision is whether they've already gone too cheap to sell.
