    If they paid for the options then no, if they got them free then it's cheaper for them to buy on market now then to pay the conversion price.
    The important comment to take away from the meeting is that they want the options to be converted for the cash. They need it. They are trying to keep the sharks away from taking large stakes in the company at a cheap price or being forced into other means of financing that would be more dilutive than the current options.
