We need to be drilling, otherwise the road would be done, and we'd still be years away from finishing the studies and gaining funding.
Eg. if PFS or BFS cannot use inferred, then Valley and South for example wouldn't yet qualify.
And when is the best time to drill the high priority exploration targets? The rigs are there to be utilised.
