Care to give a different perspective? If there was no consolidation, our market cap would be higher? Even with RPM downgrade?It has to happen some time. I bought a little on market, but also holding off some cash for a raising. So my feel if that there's one coming, but not immediately.
2 months ago we had $6m cash.
Nebari appears to be due Nov 2024. I think we're allowed to pay half with cash, and half with 10% discounted shares? That leaves us short of cash by Nov. $6m cash for operations and repayments (as of 2 months ago), with $3.5m due to repay to Nebari (if paying half with shares).
It has to happen some time. I bought a little on market, but...
